Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, skincare and beauty products can only be returned if they remain unopened and sealed.

  • Customized or sale items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

    3. Approval & Instructions: Our support team will guide you with a return authorization and shipping details

Exchange Policy

Need a different size, color, or product?

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes our quality inspection.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
